one tooth gone.. one new tooth coming in.. annd.. another tooth loose! oh wow.. my growing boy!

Joel has been having alot of issues lately; so the television is banned for awhile. I want to see an obedient, happy child and the tv is not conducive this child that i want. He is sitting on the green chair because of several disobedience infractions. Backtalking, running to daddy when he was in trouble for backtalking, throwing a cracker on the floor twice. He will be able to get up before the memorial tonight.just kidding!

Hes a good boy usually.. hes just not feeling his best today. Hopefully we will se a attitude improvement later today.

Big news! Joel lost his first tooth! It was so surreal. I was actually quite emotional which I didn't excpect to be. Joel and Luke ran down the stairs saying that the tooth was out and I was just hugging him and crying and he said"what's wrong mommy?'" and i said.. your just getting to be such a big boy. I can't believe that my little boy lost his firs tooth. It's kind of a big deal!

Last night Joel was under the weather. He kept moaning and finally I got him up and had him take some pepto.. Brian held him and rocked him for about a half hour and we finally got him back to sleep. I hope that hes' feeling better today. I hate for him to feel so sick and puny!

Two days ago he did read his first book.. He read about ten of a littel workbook which had thirty word stories . He did really great! I am so proud of him! I think it is time to teach him the Ps. verse and he can have his "learn to read " party!
